Exciting news hot off the press this weekend is that Jesse and Alastair’s beautiful Woolstore Apartment home office has been featured in this month’s @countrystylemag! I love this about shoots, you just never know where they will end up! They can be a big investment, but it’s all worth it when you get to keep celebrating with each reshared or published photo. Take a stroll through the photos from my @jameslanedesign shoot of my lounge room update. I didn’t want to change the overall style of the room, but rather give it a new level of comfort. This is the Cloud Modular Sofa in Bone and it is so comfy! Being modular means I can move and rearrange it all. It also comes with special attachments that can lock each piece together so it doesn’t move apart. I then added in another layer of art and vintage pieces to add some extra character to the space. Also the covers - which also are on the sofa bases - are removable and washable! My lounge room style update is here! Take a look i

My lounge room style update is here! Take a look inside my 1930’s Queenslander at the new lounge from @jameslanedesign that I selected, that caused a full update and restyle of my room. This is the Cloud Modular Sofa and it is so comfy! Being a modular means I can move and rearrange it all into new layouts. It also comes with special attachments that can lock each piece together so it doesn’t move. I love it! I then styled the room with some new artwork from @leightoncontemporary and @bylaurenhorton plus some new vintage pieces I sourced over the holidays. It isn’t a big change in terms of being a totally different look to the lounge I had before, but it has made the room feel so much more comfy and fresh! The Australian hot summer heat has me wishing for cooler breezes, so I thought we might all enjoy these photos of the outdoor styling on a much cooler day.
