Can you believe we're beginning another new month? Can you believe we're beginning another new month? Time goes too fast!  We’ve had a great start to the second half of the year, with lots of exciting projects on the go! We’re putting the finishing touches on an interior styling project that’s been almost a year in the making (SO excited for this install!). There have been plenty of trips to Brisbane, sourcing beautiful objects and artwork for upcoming shoots, and we also completed another interiors job that was all kinds of sweet (beautiful client, beautiful space, beautiful outcome... you get the picture). I know you're not supposed to have favourites, but I know you're not supposed to have favourites, but styling kitchens is definitely a favourite for us. It's the hero space of every home: the place where people come together to create delicious food and make memories with friends and family.  She's the ultimate place of story, flavour and connection. Last night I got to attend the grand opening of th Last night I got to attend the grand opening of the new @castleryau store in Brisbane. Let me tell you… it is amazing! It has 22 individual room sets across multiple floors, and the good news is it opens this weekend to the public! And there are lots of giveaways to the first 100 people to RSVP. Apart from designing very cool furniture they also know how to put on one fantastic launch party! Candle making, a lion dance, product tours, making new friends, and dinner at @gerards_restaurant. Scroll for a little taster! Thank you so much to @castleryau and @lexikentmann for such an amazing night. I loved getting to tell the Singapore team about Queensland‘s three biggest icons; Australia Zoo, Bob Irwin, and Mr Percival’s. 😆
As the years go by, I’ve started to notice littl As the years go by, I’ve started to notice little changes—like smile lines and shifts in my hair. On a polished platform like Instagram, it’s easy to feel like those signs of aging don’t quite fit in. But here’s the truth: we’re all growing older together, online and in real life! At the same time, AI has brought this flood of copy-paste content into our feeds; so now, more than ever, our personal story matters. Whatever it looks like, whatever your “why” is, this is the moment to share it. For me, as a stylist, these changes have only deepened my commitment: to celebrate our clients' story, their style, and the life that has shaped them.

Take a look inside my 1930’s Queenslander from w Take a look inside my 1930’s Queenslander from when I gave my living room a makeover. The new Cloud Modular Sofa from @jameslanedesign is so cosy. And I love that it can be rearranged into new layouts, so if I’m feeling like a change, re-arranging the configuration is simple.  I then styled the room with some beautiful new artwork from @leightoncontemporary and @bylaurenhorton plus some vintage pieces I sourced from secondhand stores around Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. My house doubles as a shoot location and hosts my home studio downstairs. As my business has grown and changed this year, our studio space has been getting pushed to the max. So another tweak to our studio set up is coming, all in the pursuit of more peace and calm at home and work. Exciting (but calm!) times ahead.
