Do you ship internationally?
We ship Australia wide only.

How quickly will I get my order?
We ship within 2 business days. We are told by Australia Post that Covid is causing delays to shipping, so please keep that in mind when you place your order.

What is your refund policy?
We don’t refund for change of mind, so please read the description carefully. If you believe it to be faulty please email us within 7 days of receiving the item.

What if something breaks in transit or gets lost?
You will need to take it up with Australia Post and have the issue sorted out with them. We package everything really carefully though to reduce the chances of this happening. Please read our T&C’s for more detailed information.
