'Things I Love' shoot. 🤍 Always inspired by th 'Things I Love' shoot. 🤍

Always inspired by the way carefully chosen pieces can bring life, layers, and texture to a space. It’s the little details that make a photo (and the space they are in!) feel alive.

I usually stay on the humble side of life and keep I usually stay on the humble side of life and keep kind words like this to myself.

But after spending the last two months stuck in a loop with a company that outsourced its customer support to AI; I feel like now is the perfect time to celebrate these heartfelt (and human) words.

I’m very grateful to work for the wonderful people we do, with an equally wonderful team. Fun fact: when you work with us, you get to talk directly with me. And our studio team are all based right here on the Sunshine Coast.

I am proud to say that these are just a few of the love notes we’ve received over the past couple of months.

And thanks to these lovely clients, we really do know what love is! 💌

*Make sure your sound is on to get this reference. Lol!

After a lovely week away, I am back home and ready After a lovely week away, I am back home and ready for the final quarter of work for the year!

Our holiday (with a bit of shooting work!) was at Evans Head, which feels like a town that is set back in time, so I went for an old school film edit on these.

I researched for months to find our Airbnb, and it was amazing and did not disappoint. We could walk to the the pub, beach, coffee shops, Friday night markets, and bowls club.

All the holiday essentials.

It is amazing how a road trip can be the best thing for your creativity. Often the best ideas and growth seem to come after a bit of a break!

My guest room recently had a little makeover. Thi My guest room recently had a little makeover. This bed belongs to my best friend, as I’m looking after it for her; funnily enough, it’s almost the same age as my house.

It’s lovely to see a bed from the same era sitting here, a reminder of times gone by and what the house might have looked like back in the day. The original owner, Mrs Bennet, lived here in the 1930s and used to host boarders to earn some extra money in this very sleep-out section of the house.

Originally, it would have had shutters where the windows and been more like an enclosed verandah. Later, windows were added, then eventually a wall and a door, transforming it into a fourth bedroom. I love knowing this history and being able to share it with my guests when they come to stay.

Now styled with fresh @carlottaandgee bedlinen and a @pony_rider cushion and throw from @thegeneralstorepalmwoods, the room has a new lease on life—a space that feels welcoming and full of homely comfort.
